Shelby got her last chemo today! Next Tuesday she gets the PET scan to make sure it's gone and then she get gets a three week break and then five weeks of radiation. I am sure proud of her and how brave and strong she has been through 12 consecutive weeks of chemotherapy. She has stayed happy and upbeat all the while. Way to go Shelby. We are so glad it's over and pray that every tiny bit of that cancer is GONE and that they will just radiate where it WAS and therefore there won't ever be a chance of that thing coming back - ever! Today is an important milestone. You are pure gold. Just as mom said.

Woohoo! Please bless this is the last day for you!!! Congratulations?!?!
That is so awesome! I can't believe it's been 12 weeks already! We'll be praying that the PET scan will find absolutely nothing left. Way to go! And how nice to have a break at Christmas :)
I have been blog surfing and came across your sweet blog tonight as I sit awake alone at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. My husband, Adam, of a little over a year was diagnosed with Large T-cell Non Hodgkins Lymphoma on Oct. 4, 2007.
Adam is undergoing a bone marrow transplant this week and just had his last round of chemo today. Although our story is different-it is the same... Adam is such an inspiration to so many people because of his attitude. I can see you are an amazing, and may I say beautiful women and I can feel the spirit when I read your blog.
Thank you for helping share the gospel by handling this trial with faith & hope.
May God bless you and your family!
